How much are the headshots?
Yatzek's actor's headshots packages are $480.
What do you get for the price?
The package includes hair and makeup with subtle changes, and 4 different garments and/or lighting treatments; we then send proof sheets and you may select up to 4 images included in that price which we fix and burn to cd at 3 different resolutions.
How much for extra shots?.
Additional final files on the CD (meaning more than 4) are $25 each. Any extra print or file orders must be paid for at the time of ordering.

Can I have hard copy prints?
Hard copy 8x10" prints from our lab are additional and are $22 each. You may also choose to print at your own lab from the cd.
How do I collect my files and/or prints?
Proofs and CD's will be sent through the mail to your nominated address, prints may be either be collected from our home studio address at Balwyn North or we will send by registered post for an extra $10.

What do I get on the CD?
The file resolutions on the cd are as follows:
- Web site use such as your own agents site, showcast or AT2 etc - 600x 850 pixels - equivalent to 5x7cm at 300dpi for printing.
- Email use (this is the smallest file size) and is a good size for viewing in an email browsing program - 10x 15cm @ 72 dpi - not adequate for printing.
- Print size file 7x10 inches. This file size is adequate for printing to a traditional size at any lab.

How long till I have my files?
Our turnaround times are up to 10 working days for proofs and prints.
How do I book?
We take a $100 deposit to confirm your booking and the balance of $380 is due on the day of the shoot. Any extra files or prints should be paid for at the time of ordering.

What forms of payment so you accept?
Payment of your deposit may be made by direct deposit into our account (NAB Account "Yatzek Studios" BSB 083 427 Account Number 50595 5734, please let us know when you have done this so we can identify your deposit);
by cheque made out to "Yatzek Studios" and posted to our address at 1 View Hill Road Balwyn North 3104;
or by Credit Card over the phone.
The balance of your shoot may be paid by any of the above methods or by cash. (We do not have an eftpos terminal).

Where does the shoot take place?
All actors shots are taken from our North Balwyn address (see here).
What do I need to bring?
Actors should come to the shoot with a selection of about 10 different tops, jackets, hoodies, jumpers, shirts and t-shirts with a variety of textures, colours and styles especially around the neckline. Hair should be prepared as you would usually present yourself for a casting and no makeup is to be worn. Men may if they wish, choose to come with some facial hair which they may shave off halfway through the shoot.

How long does the shoot take?
You should allow 2 to 3 hours for the shoot.
Can I have company on the shoot?
Parents and friends are respectfully requested to remain away from the studio for the duration of the photoshoot. Thank you.
